Down
to the Bone Bar BQ opened its doors in 2003 in Brandon,
Florida. A family tradition and secret recipe book was
opened to the public and was received quite warmly.
Most of Mark Nettles' family remembers the smells and
sweet aroma of delicious meals that filled their St.
Petersburg, Florida home on afternoons and evenings
when his Mom 'Madea' used to feed everyone that stopped
by. Those recipes have been passed down the family line
and you too can have a taste. And
trust us... it's good Down To The Bone!
In 2005, Down to the Bone BarBQ and Catering expanded
by opening its second location and has plans to expand
even more.
